Hi, I’m Emma
I’m originally from the UK, but I’ve been living in sunny Austin for the past couple of years
I’m a certified sleep consultant and childcare practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on experience, working with babies and young children in homes, daycares, and Montessori environments.
So yes, I understand sleep… but more importantly, I understand babies and children.
Why I do what I do
Working with children has never just been a job for me, it’s something I’ve always had a deep passion for. I thrive myself on being kind, patient and genuinely caring.
I’ve spent years learning how babies develop, how they communicate, and what they actually need to feel safe, settled, and supported.
Through my experience, its evident that when sleep is off, even the simple daily task feel harder, for both you and your baby.
I see how exhausting and overwhelming that can be, and I also know how much of the advice out there just doesn’t feel right.
My approach
My approach is gentle, responsive, and completely tailored to your baby.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or expecting you to follow something that doesn’t feel right for your family.
A lot of what I do is influenced by the Montessori approach, focusing on calm, consistency, and helping your child build independent sleep skills in a way that feels supported, not forced.
No pressure. No extremes. Just guidance that actually makes sense.
A little more personal
This isn’t just professional for me, it’s personal too.
I was a child who struggled intensely with sleep troubles, so I understand how frustrating and confusing it can feel from the inside as well for both you and your child.
I care a lot about the families I work with, and I’ll always go above and beyond to support you through the process.
If you’re here…
If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably exhausted, second guessing everything, and just wanting someone to tell you what’s actually going on.
You’re not alone.
And you don’t have to figure this out on your own either.
