Hi, I’m Emma

UK-born, now living in Austin, and 15+ years deep into working with babies and tiny humans. I love what I do, I care probably a bit too much, and I’m known for staying calm even when everything feels a bit… chaotic.

I’m also a certified sleep consultant, with a background in childcare across homes, daycares, schools, and Montessori environments, so I don’t just understand sleep, I understand babies. How they develop, how they communicate, and why things can suddenly feel so confusing when sleep stops working.

That’s why my approach is nuturing, gentle, and completely tailored to your baby and your family. No rigid rules, no one-size-fits-all plans, and no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel right.

I’ll guide you through it step by step, help you understand what’s actually going on, and support you through the ups and the tricky nights, so you’re not left guessing or doing it all on your own.
